Each item ordered will be charged a shipping and service charge. The standard shipping and service charge is displayed on the item detail page next to the price of the item, as well as during your checkout process.

All subsequent issues will be charged to the same credit card as the first issue. If you order Express Shipping, it only applies to the first issue within your collection. Subsequent issues will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
